2013年10月21日 · The error codes on the dash trick are not the full story, d900 is a communication issue. It sounds like you will have a bigger or more prominent problem. Ideally you need a code scanner like a bluetooth obd code reader or handheld. You could have just a duff sensor or a clogged pipe or filter... Sent from my Nexus 7 using Ford OC mobile app.

2005年8月16日 · I have a D900 DTC on my dashboard panel from the test you can do within the car and its nothing to worry about. I put my scan tool in the car to see if there was any codes come up and it said no faults.

2010年8月11日 · It says the error was "PATS Ignition Key Transponder Signal is Not Received - Damaged Key or Non -PATS Key". Strange how I would get that whilst driving along! Anyway, strangely, the warning light has now gone! So I guess it was a "false positive". Has this ever occurred again? "I'm gonna sing the doom song..."

2022年2月21日 · The D900 is a CANBUS communication fault. The D147 is a communication issue pertaining to the PATS (Ford factory security system) between the PCM and PATS module.

2013年10月21日 · Took the car for a short drive yesterday and the red light and 'engine system fault' warning didn't appear. However, even while not pressing the accelerator, the car was revving up and down between 800 and 1000 rpm. I guess I need to get it to a garage! Paul, Was the error cleared off after they replaced the sensor?

2007年8月19日 · According to Jared the D900 fault code is simply a loss of communication between modules and as Mike found out even changing a headunit on a standard car induces the same fault code so doesn't necessarily mean the car has been remapped.

2020年6月10日 · Next day I did the dash board trick to find the error code we all know and love DTC #01 D900. Did some research and found it to be a communication error, very vague and of no help at all. I decided it best to buy a OBD2 reader. Bought a handheld model and waited a couple days for it to arrive.
