It is a converter above all other things and its primary function is to convert the digital audio signal that is being transmitted by your output device i.e. computer or cellphone into an analog signal. 2022年10月14日 · DAC / AMP isn't necessary for (cheaper) IEM's. If you want to buy any DAC, get a Qudelix 5k. You can use it with bluetooth with LDAC or as a desktop DAC. That's how i use it at work. For reference i have the S12, although i use it at home for movies and music listening, with a normal dongle dac.

2020年11月25日 · It depends on what the Iem’s and the Bluetooth dac support for a codec. So with Aptx you are not doing anything wrong, the codec is better than Acc or less. But both Iem’s and the dac have to support it for it to work.

Thanks to its Low gain, the L30II has an extremely low noise floor of ~0.27μVrms (Z) (20-20k BW). In comparison, the ADI-2 DAC FS via IEM out has about 0.69μVrms of noise.

2023年7月15日 · When I'm not using an iBasso DX240 I use my desktop setup which consists of a Violectric V202 and a Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M. Shanling M6U + G5 when i want the most. iBasso DX300 is being tested. It matches the M6U + G5 by itself, but it is gigantic. UTWS5 for any listening from iPhone, including YouTube. FiiO K7 when I sit in my home office.

Nowadays manufacturer will tend to push their power upwards to get a favorable SNR value, which are typically useless for IEM. Amir started some measurement base on 50mV output, however I only see 4 devices on the chart and the noise are not pretty.
