The DC5 K20A engine has a slightly higher power output thanks to its higher compression ratio and different intake manifold design. The EP3 K20A engine also has a slightly higher torque output compared to the DC5 K20A.

2007年8月19日 · I ordered a K20A swap and I was given the choice to have either a Civic Type R K20A (EP3) or a Integra Type R K20A (DC5). The shop told me they're identical, but in the FAQ's, it says the EP3 motor is rated at 212 hp while the DC5 motor is rated at 217 hp. Does anyone know what makes them different? Thanks!
