2018年3月21日 · Installation of Dubai Civil Defence Hassantuk (Commercial) in all public and private buildings and establishments in Dubai is a mandatory requirement laid down by law No 24 of 2012. With the system in place, Dubai Civil Defence will be able to monitor buildings in real-time for life and safety alarms.

2018年3月21日 · A data server panel and a digital cellular communicator device are used to connect a building to the control center for direct monitoring of emergency alarms. The digital cellular communicator system transmits data from server panels at the building to the Command Control Center over GPRS.

Smart Monitoring System will detect and report alarms in real time from Fire and Fire Fighting Systems, Lift and Gas detection systems in residential, domestic, commercial and industrial buildings. The project includes the entire Emirate of Dubai and covers every type of buildings right from Warehouses to high rise buildings.
