2018年3月18日 · Put thin slices of foamy material (from packaging) or rubber between fans and heatsink to reduce vibration from noise. Fasten the fans with whatever, but I took long twist ties, of which I have quite a few from electronics packaging. They don't spontaneously break and they cost nothing. I did this with an Asus R9 280x DirectCu2, works great.

2023年3月31日 · I finally decided to try and diy something better myself and after seeing that ltt video where they strapped some fans to a gpu, I went with that. I found these 92mm Noctua fans which seemed like they were about right, and once I got them, they were absolutely perfect. I couldn't have imagined a better fit.

2017年7月28日 · To install the waterblock on the GPU, make sure you have a Philips able to remove 0.5 mm head screws, 1 mm head screws and 2 mm head screws. Also, you will need the right tool to remove the 14 HEX2.5 screws pairing the logic board to the stock fan. Following the steps described in this article WILL void your video card warranty!
