Its not just once but every single time I order something and its via DPD the time it arrives is insane. but today was just crazy the tracker clearly showed the guy on the main road not 200 yards away. yet didn't arrive for further 3 hours A lot of the products are skincare and last week they had to be returned as the heat ruined them.

2012年12月4日 · i'm probably going to be shot down here but personally if this happend to me, i'd keep it, its not my mistake and not my place to return the item or contact whoever to return it, its either the person buying it stupidly not filling the online adress form properly or the retailer not sending it to the correct address, so theirfore its their fault and their the ones liable

Latest I've had a parcel off Yodel is around 9pm. (In Chelt too Paul555). The poor bloke had been working since 5am and still had around 10 parcels to deliver, then had to drive back to the depot, offload returns, non-delivered items and collections, then paper work it all.

2018年5月16日 · They didn't even fecking deliver it the useless w@nkers. Why do businesses still insist on using Yodel? The most useless courier firm ever. Really peed me off. You pay for next day delivery and they don't deliver it. It's twice now I've had crap delivery service. Once from the usually reliable DPD, and now the inevitable Yodel let down.

If you order online from the website, it's Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order over the phone, it's DPD (formerly called Parceline).
