2023年1月28日 · A G505 differential pressure sensor fault indicates a problem with DPF and potentially the DOC. A blockage in DOC would result in an excessively low diff psi across dpf. A blockage across DPF would result in excessively high diff psi across dpf.

2017年6月8日 · My guess is that T3/3 is G505 input for ECU. T3/1 and T3/2 are described as 5V for pressure sensor. Have tried to make a test drive (with overrun). Then make a service regeneration with VCDS?

2018年8月29日 · Get to the hoses for the G450 and G505 pressure sensors on top of the engine, the ones on a bracket under a little space blanket. Carefully remove the little hoses that go to them, and with compressed air, blow back down the tubes, to make sure they are clear.

2017年6月18日 · Anywho know where is Pressure differential sensor? In most VW cars that sensor is on view. I can't find this in t6 2.0 tdi 150 bluemotion. From the description they will be one at each end of the DPF that measures how clogged the DPF is. I know how it works. I asked where the sensor is.

2024年10月6日 · Thanks for the tips. I realized after reviewing VW erWin that the passenger side is a differential pressure sensor and the driver side is the exhaust pressure sensor. G505 and G405 respectively.

2015年9月10日 · In seeming conflict, and true to VW form, VW's own self study guide 826803 states that G450 is used to calculate DPF load. It actually makes no mention of the G505 and only identifies that it's missing the "low flow EGR pressure differential sensor" in its EGR diagram.
