2016年4月29日 · I finally managed to swap in the forks from a 1999 DR350 (these are adjustable cartridge forks). The forks are about 3/4 inch longer, but I had plenty of room to pull them up in the triples to get the same ride height. As a bonus, each fork leg weighs about 16oz less than the OEM DR650 forks. That means two pounds of weight savings!

2014年6月8日 · Before you start you'll need a few parts and a couple commonly available (and affordable) special tools. After removing your forks from the bike, use the impact wrench to loosen the fork spring cap. Remove the spring cap and spring and place on a clean work bench. Pro Tip: allow both forks drain into a bucket for a while before continuing.

2005年2月6日 · Well, in searching through old threads, and researching it elsewhere on the web, it seems that the 98-99 dr350 forks are a bolt-in, but most don't consider them much of a step-up from my current dr350se forks. Can anyone else confirm or deny this?

2016年6月14日 · '98-99 DR350SE, '96+ DR350 dirt models and DRZ-400E models are all cartridge forks. EDIT: I just checked and the DR650, DRZ400S, DRZ400E and '98+ DR350SE models all use the same brake caliper mounting bracket from Suzuzki P/N: 59350-13E00 so it shouldn't matter which forks you have in terms of mounting the EBC bracket to the forks.

2014年6月19日 · The '96-98 RM forks are 49mm Showa twin chamber forks. Really great forks, but they won't easily fit a DR350. OTOH - the '87-88 RM forks are 43mm cartridge forks and fit just fine.

2023年8月12日 · I’ve acquired a 1994 DR350 project bike and I was wondering if anyone had ever attempted to swap in some 2000-2007ish inverted RM250 forks onto one? I’ve seen it done before, and supposedly you can press out the DR steering stem and put it in the RM250 triple clamp. All you need is a different sized bearing for the top of the assembly.
