This quest is the final Artifact quest for Dragoon - otherwise known as AF3. You MUST complete the previous quest Chasing Quotas, before Rahal will allow you to flag this quest. Speak with Rahal in Chateau d'Oraguille (H-9) for a cutscene. Rahal is in the Royal Knights' Quarters (to the left after you enter the Chateau).

2011年5月5日 · Rahal wants you to gather information regarding the attacks on the Royal Knights. This quest requires a bit of running around to get started, just like AF2. First, speak with Rahal in Chateau d'Oraguille for a cutscene. Then speak with Ceraulian in Port San d'Oria.

My theory is that it's that stupid quest where you receive a key item from chest: An Offer You Can't Refuse, since it's repeatable like others.

The job has a fast-paced playstyle due to the arsenal of low cooldown job abilities it comes equipped with.
