2015年5月16日 · The DRT 85gr 9mm is something that, despite being relatively accurate, is not something that I can recommend to anyone who has a pistol with a stiff recoil spring, or has a heavy slide. I'm eyeing up a Walter PPS, and that is a smaller gun that might cycle fine with the lighter ammo, maybe I'll try it in that gun.

2023年12月5日 · Answered my own question, old thread in Glock Talk addresses the issue. Aftermarket barrels have been made, but Glock 20 sized frames must be used due to COAL and the magazines still don't function reliably. Now that 9mm Major loads have grown more popular, there is less demand for .38 Super and this is all driven by competition shooters.

2025年2月8日 · Grabow stamps their pipes with what looks like a Times New Roman font, makes no 9mm filtered offerings, and seems to be unaware of the resurgence of pipes due to the YTPC etc. With 6mm Jr Perl charcoal filters, I've gotten back into them. However, they seem like a company that really doesn't care about business.

2019年1月15日 · Thats my only hangup with the Kimbers. I dont want a snubby. If it doesnt have a 4 or 5" barrel, Im out. A snubby with a 357 magnum is a waste because you dont have enough barrel length for all of the powder to burn, so you really dont gain much velocity or knockdown power and you lose accuracy.

2014年7月7日 · The 9mm is what my Stanwell uses, and it makes a difference in the character of the tobacco's flavor because of the charcoal. This is not something bad per se, but it is different than what the paper 6mm filters do for me. I find the 6mm just take the edge off any tongue burn.

2024年1月15日 · It is lighter than most other .45 or 9mm SA derringers, but in sizing, it is basically like mashing an ADC derringer flat. E.g., itis flatter, but is slightly taller and longer than its SA cousin. It hides well in a back pocket.
