Most rom sites will actually give you a rom file, but depending on the site it can be hard to access. (Quality is usually not great though) Don't download .exe files as those can be viruses. (Obviously don't run them either) Any file you download that isn't an executable file cannot be a virus. Rom Files cannot be infected with viruses.

2022年4月23日 · DS games cannot be a CIA file unless Nintendo released it as DSiWare. Get a flashcard which has the most compatibility. Ask in the comments here for flashcard recommendations and how to use them. Use DS Forwarders which place shortcut icons on your homescreen, but doesn't AP patch the rom like Twilight Menu++ does.
