Our uniquely designed Detroit Speed weld-in subframe connectors increase your car's stiffness by connecting the front subframe to the rear frame rails. Our subframe connectors are fabricated from 2" x 3" x 0.120" wall rectangular steel tubing.

Detroit Speed’s front subframe is a bolt-in replacement for the original stock subframe. It improves the handling and ride quality by utilizing Detroit Speed’s unique suspension geometry. It is the ONLY subframe in the aftermarket industry with hydroformed frame rails.

The DSE ?Swivel-Link?? allows the suspension to fully articulate with smooth solid motion an no binding. The long upper links provide great pinion and u-joint angle con trol. Utilizes a panhard rod that provides precise and effective rear axle lateral location during hard cornering.

2011年12月24日 · I've had the complete DSE kit sitting in storage for a couple years now. I finally made the trip from Texas to my friend's place in northern Alabama to do the install (I can't weld and he has done tubs before). Let me just say that this "mini" tub is more than a typical mini-tub, and a full tub would probably be easier.

2009年9月7日 · DSE's minitub actually cuts into the frame rail about half way through it. So if you decide to get a pair, make sure that you get the frame rail template too. They didn't have it with the kit I got from them, but after calling them to request the template, they took great care of me.

The 1962-1967 Chevy Nova Detroit Speed (DSE) Mini-Tubs are inner wheel housings designed to accommodate wider tire and wheel packages. They fit tires as wide as 295mm for the ’62-65 Chevy II and 315mm for the ’66-67 Chevy II.
