2003年1月27日 · From the DTS pdf, it says that DTS (for theaters) is put onto a CD with a bit rate of 1.4Mb/sec at 44kHz, whereas the DTS on a DVD can run 1.5Mb/sec at 48kHz. To me, it sounds like the DVD DTS should be slightly higher quality because the data rates are higher.

2006年2月2日 · well, remember that the "dts" track in releases outside of R1 aren't truly dts. it could be DD dumped into dts or simply dolby pro logic. i've rented many Asian DVD's that have known to do this. it's a great format, but if you don't master it natively to dts. there's no point. most of R1 releases are true dts tracks, not just audio dumps.
