DTS is by far a change that occurred during this time that needs to be changed. First how was this ever even conceived to be a good idea? My husband had a 5 week TDY. The rental car company was out of compact cars but said they could give him a Chrysler Pacifica minivan at the same rate as a compact car. He is doing his DTS report now and the travel approver said he was supposed to notify them for pre approval and will "receive very little in gas reimbursement".

2022年6月17日 · When doing DTS as the reviewer I have to review the CTW cost comparison and this allows me to pay the member nothing more than typical per diem or I can add box 2.D (transportation costs) and box 2.E (TMC fee) of the CTW plus the mileage fee and pay this value to member. The CTW doesn't include rental car value in transportation costs.

I keep getting emails that it’s been approved but haven’t received payment. I think it’s because my dts account doesn’t have the correct information for my checking account.

Airline and rental cars are the only things I've ever "had" to do through DTS. I can't remember the last time I had to justify not using DTS for hotel as long as the rate was under the per diem cap. I’ve been able to use it before to get on things like MarineNet or MyPay, but for some reason on DTS it goes nowhere.
