2021年10月19日 · The build sheet shows "Dana M210 front axle" and "Dana M220 rear axle". The window sticker shows "Heady-Duty Dana 44" for both the front and rear axles. What's the difference between "Dana M210/M220" and "HD Dana 44" ? Thanks !

2019年8月17日 · They didn't upgrade the axels, so it has the Dana M210 front and M220 rear, but it does have the Max Tow package, so wider axels and 4.10 gears. I know it's recommended to go with 1 ton axels for the 40s, but is there anything else I can do to make sure the axels aren't destroyed running the 40s?

2020年1月2日 · The M220 (JLD44) only available in the Rubicon is the closest but just a bit smaller 8.5” ring gear then the JKD44 ring gear which is 8.9”. M200 (D35)is the Sport/Sahara rear. 2025年2月16日 · It does not help that just about all the vendors use the older 10 Bolt DANA 44 ARB ad copy pictures for the 12 bolt M210/M220 listings. So long as you are selecting M210 and M220 and the part numbers are right, you will get the correct covers.

2020年7月27日 · Trac Lok is not included with all Max Tow models. My Oct 2019 build has Max Tow & No TracLok. That has to do with when it was actually built.

2019年3月6日 · I think the Rubicon Recon had yet a different ring and pinion didn't it? But, from what I can see, the JL axles are all the AdvanTek design, and for the M220 (the one we call the D44) it's actually got a smaller ring and pinion than the JK had despite being 8% stronger according to Dana press sheets.

2023年11月26日 · Outside of going under the Jeep and putting chalk lines and counting rotations, is there any way to know what gear ratio I have with that Dana M210 and M220 on this Rubicon? Also, once I figure that ratio out, what is the largest size of tires you would recommend for that ratio? Thanks for any help.
