Dana is the global cohead and European leader of our People & Organizational Performance Practice. She first joined McKinsey in New York in 1998. After 10 years in the United States, she transferred to the Israel office, where she was our office Managing Partner from 2011 to 2021.

Dana Maor is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. She is also the global cohead and European leader of McKinsey’s People & Organizational Performance Practice. Dana has helped clients across sectors pursue successful large-scale operational and organizational transformations and successful M&A integrations.
