Make sure that the Desktop is showing Right-click on the empty area. In the View section, untick Show Desktop icons, and all your desktop icons will disappear. Click on the empty area on your Desktop once again Go to Personalize from the menu. If you already using a theme with a single wallpaper, select some themes with multiple wallpapers.

If I select Dark in Choose your Mode when I change the desktop background, I am able to manually get the Dark Mode back. However, if I choose another desktop background and choose the previous desktop background again, it reverts back to Custom with the Light Mode.

2023年6月10日 · When I set a new wallpaper on the desktop, it changes to solid black. If I go into settings for the desktop background, it has changed the option to a solid colour. I can set the most recent pictures as a background, but not a new one. Whenever I do, the desktop changes to solid black. I've done: - An SCF and DISM - all ok.

2023年10月27日 · Then the problem started happening. I rolled back the driver and things got worse. The wallpaper was still vanishing but when I tried to apply the same image to use it started applying it oversized and blurry. Previously, the image was displaying perfectly on both the laptop display and the second monitor.
