Regina Encarnacion Ansong Velasquez (/rɪˈdʒiːn vɛˈlæskɛz/ rih-JEEN veh-LAS-kez ) is a Filipina singer, actress, and record producer. She played Darna and Cielo in Captain Barbell (2003 film), and later served as the voice actress for Angel Locsin in Darna (2005 TV Series), specifically to deliver the iconic shout "Darna!".
