Cell Max is a Bio-Android and an improved variation of Cell created by Dr. Hedo for the revived Red Ribbon Army. His first and only appearance is in the movie, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. Much like the Great Apes, he is unavaliable to play as, even as a Crystal Raid Boss.
