Hydrochapter, also referred to as Day 2, is the fourth and (currently) final day in DCDAH. It takes place presumably in a heavily modified version of the Hoover Dam. It is the most difficult day, with only one checkpoint and a long way to go before the finish line. The end of this day is currently unfinished as has been for its whole existence.
