Immunization Tracking Systems - Health.mil
MRRS is the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard’s tool designed to record and track Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) elements to include immunizations, dental status, laboratory tests, and physical exams such as periodic health assessments, deployment health status, pregnancies, illnesses, and injuries.
This letter prescribes two forms: DD Form 2766 (Adult Preventive and Chronic Care Flowsheet) and DD Form 2766C (Adult Preventive and Chronic Care Flowsheet- Continuation Sheet). The information in this letter will be incorporated into the next change to AR 40-66. When the change to AR 40-66 is published, it will supersede this letter.
