VT05 - Wikipedia
The VT05 supports asynchronous communication at baud rates up to 2400 bits per second (although fill characters are required above 300 bits per second). Internally, the VT05 implements four "quad-sized" DEC modules in a standard form-factor DEC backplane. The cards are mounted nearly horizontally over an off-the-shelf CRT monitor. [4]
DEC VT05 - Terminals
2023年9月20日 · The DEC VT05 DECscope terminal was introduced in November, 1970 at the Fall Joint Computer Conference. It was DEC's first raster video terminal. The VT05A supported baud rates up to 300 baud, the VT05B supported baud rates up to 2400 baud. The VT05 could transmit both lower and upper case, but could only display upper case.
VT05 - VT100
The VT05 is a flexible, high-performance alphanumeric display terminal with a video cathode ray tube display and communications equipment. It is capable of transmitting data over standard phone lines and data sets in half or full duplex modes at rates up to 300 Baud.
Digital’s Video Terminals - VT100
VT05. The VT05 was the first video terminal manufactured by Digital, introduced in 1970. This was not much more than a video teletype, receiving and transmitting at rates up to 300 baud. It displayed uppercase ASCII characters on 20 rows by 72 columns.

VT05 Alphanumeric Display Terminal Reference Manual, Chapter 1 …
The VT05 Alphanumeric Display Terminal, consisting of a CRT terminal and self-contained keyboard, can be used as a peripheral I/O device with a computer or as a stand-alone closed-circuit television monitor (see Figure 1-1).
VT05 Alphanumeric Display Terminal - Computer History Wiki
The VT05 Alphanumeric Display Terminal (technically, the VT05B, but documentation usually referred to it as the 'VT05') was one of DEC's first video terminals. It supported all the same format control characters as a Teletype, so it was a 'drop in' replacement. Physically, it was 12"Hx19"Wx30"D, and weighed 55lbs.
GitHub - kgober/VT05: DEC VT05 terminal emulator for …
This is a VT05 terminal emulator for Windows, written in C#. The aim of this project is to accurately reproduce the experience of using a real Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) VT05 terminal, including the look of the screen. The VT05 was an early "glass teletype" terminal, and had a display size of 72 columns x 20 rows.
DEC VT05 - Dalby Datormuseum
DEC first display terminal called VT05. It had a rather futuristic design. Internally there are four QUAD size modules, which contain the logic and the display memory which based on a shift register rather than conventional memory.
