A McKinsey study showed that companies in the top quartile for diversity are 36% more likely to outperform their industry medians’ financial returns.
The purpose of this planning document is to help organizations within Harvard conduct a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) self assessment and identify a framework through which they may pursue and operationalize DEIB work. The goal is to improve organizational culture and achieve Inclusive Excellence (IE).
