My name is DEIH (XLF CREW). I’m an illustrator and mural artist from Valencia, Spain. I’ve been painting graffiti since mid 90´s, and I still love it. I draw, I breathe. Recently, I’ve been developing a project called “The Insider,” which is part of an introspective investigation of my feelings and life.

For more than twenty years Spanish street artist Deih XLF is painting in the streets. The illustrator, 2D-animator and muralist joined URBAN NATION for Lollapalooza 2016, One Wall, Project M/13 and other events. His works are featured in the URBAN NATION 2018 exhibition, ‘UN-DERSTAND The Power of Art as a Social Architect’.

Based in Valencia, Spain, Deih translates his fascination for ‘The strangeness of life, into curious figures and imagery. Painting in the streets is his biggest passion as an artist. His work is inspired by comics, Japanese imagery, the dark and unknown side of existence, and cyberpunk.

Deih (b. 1979 / Valencia, Spain), started painting graffiti in early 90’s before he crossed over to doing more conceptual and figurative painting on walls in mid 2000. Inspired by Japanese imagery, symbols and history, Deih works as an illustrator, 2d animator, muralist and film director.

I love street art because it allows me to do the two things I like the most: creating and staying in the street. My street life!
