Karen uploaded her first video on June 14, 2016, where she created a PV for Fade to Future, a song by Japanese music group TamaOnSen.

DEMONDICE grew up in Texas, later choosing a career in comics and animation. However, after her college education was complete, she decided to pursue a new path in music instead. After falling in love with Japanese internet rap (net rap) on the video site Nico Nico Douga, she flew to Japan to chase a life of making music with her friends.
