It is the case that the tmax of d-amphetamine levels from lisdexamphetamine (LDX) vs plain d-amphetamine will be increased (the 2 hour time mentioned). However, LDX is rapidly absorbed from the intestines and does not undergo major first pass or other metabolism via the liver (specifically CYP450 system).
