2019年6月1日 · DIN 3852-2 standard specifies the dimensions, types and designation of stud ends for fittings, valves and plug screws (port plugs) and their ports that are not specified in DIN EN ISO 1179-1 to DIN EN ISO 1179-4.

This document provides standards for dimensions of stud ends and ports of pipe fittings, valves, and plug screws. It specifies types and dimensions of stud ends and ports, as well as screw thread dimensions.

DIN 3852 standard cover types, dimensions, and designation of DIN 3852 stud ends for valves, and plug. DIN 3852 is available in Type A, Type B, and Type E. DIN 3852 Type B creates a sharp “cutting face”. DIN 3852 Type A & B male and female couplings have straight threads. DIN 3852 Type B Stud ends are commonly used only with metal‐to‐metal sealing.
