Round 1: Part 1 Dio at max strength sets up camp in Japan. His goal is to make an army of zombies and take over Japan. Round 2: DIO, with his stand, The World wants to rule Japan. He has all the abilities he had in Part 3 (5 seconds of time stop, flesh buds, etc.). He also has 100 knives at his disposal during every fight he's in.

Mar 6, 2021 · Deku defeats Dio without any real effort. The force excerted is already enough to cause a stir. Vampirism would be a weak quirk in the MHA universe, immortality aside. Deku, using about 8% of O4A is already as fast as the stronger fighters in Stardust Crusader. Round 2: Dio gets stomped by Deku using about 50% of O4A.

Jun 7, 2023 · Dio is FTL, although he lacks AP, his vampire abilitys and time stop put him ahead of a lot of the verse. In character however, Dio boasts a lot and pre awakened shigaraki could probably take him out in character.

Afterwards, he takes an interest in quirks and eventually finds a quirkless boy whom desperately wishes to be a hero.
