2019年9月27日 · DOCP is an ASUS BIOS feature on AMD platforms that translate the XMP (which is Intel) settings to a compatible AMD (AMP) form. So that you can use the faster XMP profiles on AMD motherboards. The obvious reason that DOCP exists as with everything related to these two companies, the Intel standard is more popular and thus more readily available.

2022年11月8日 · DOCP - Direct Over Clock Profile (AMD). Both are more or less the same. XMP is typically Intel's version of OC'ed ram. DOCP is the AMD equivalent but is more often used on ASUS motherboards. However other motherboard manufacturers use XMP for their AMD motherboards nomenclature. Makes sense, right!

2020年5月31日 · The problem is that the DOCP for the memories doesn't work and when i set it to 3200 auto ,the system restarts and i got no boot,the only option is to revert changes. I would leave it at 2133mhz but i realized that the system doesn't respond right,it struggles because of the low memory speed.

2022年2月20日 · Make sure ram is on slot 2 and 4, then try to reflash the bios to the latest, and install amd chipset driver to the latest from amd web, load optimized and enable the fastest xmp profile, then try this settings and timings (i prefer do the biggest digit first): Dram Voltage: 1.36~1.45v SOC Voltage: 1.1~1.15v

2023年5月8日 · AMD's latest issue is that Asus are pumping voltages that are enough to blow your processor. As for the issue, can you regain stability when using 2 sticks of ram instead of 4? The issue is the same on Intel's 13th Gen platform, whereby using high frequency sticks of ram and populating all 4 slots on a motherboard will bring up stability issues.

2018年12月4日 · Also, after you make sure they are in the right slots and that you are on the latest bios version, try using only one module in the A2 slot with DOCP enabled. If it WILL run that way, then try bumping the DRAM voltage up minimally and then save settings, shut down, install the other stick and try to see if it will boot again.

2021年7月10日 · Manually setting the ram is the default backup if DOCP isn't working. So it's kind of unusual. I'd start with updating your bios. This will ensure maximum compatibility in terms of ram. Then test the DIMMS with memtest. If all is okay, then try set timings both by DOCP/manually (after bios update). Let us know how that goes. Also, on a sidenote.
