Thanks for your reply. An interaction checker shows no conflicts with dofetilide and CBD. There is theoretical suggestions that Dofetilide levels can increase when taking CBD, but this has not been proven in patients. Of your other medicines, crestor and CBD are both processed by the liver.

Dofetilide is in a class of medications called antiarrhythmics. These medications alter the electrical signaling pathways in the heart in order to normalize irregular heartbeats. A-fib is one type of irregular heartbeat. Specifically with dofetilide, the dosing and timing is extremely sensitive.
