Which business application do I need for the DPOR? Answer: Sole proprietors, partnerships, LLCs, and INCs should submit the Business Entity Registration Application. PCs should submit the Professional Corporation Registration Application.

Applicants seeking licensure or certification in regulated professions must meet certain entry qualifications. DPOR and its regulatory boards establish entry requirements based upon a combination of education, examination, and/or experience.
