Dr. Charles Browne Fleet (1843-1916) 2 was the original proprietor of the C.B. Fleet company 1. His obituary says he came to Lynchburg in 1869, was a drug store owner as well as a manufacturing chemist, and served for 23 years on the Virginia Pharmaceutical Assocaition.
