2024年4月1日 · I was looking for a way to download drobo dashboard on my new macbook, and i kept finding links online to sketchy websites. On reddit, I saw that people backed them up on github, but I have no idea how to use that site.

Damn this is sad. I just finally moved to a new PC build and Windows 11 and went to install the dashboard and finding Drobo is just gone. Its funny cause i went Drobo for ease of use - found a dashboard.exe install here (github). Ran as administrator. Windows 11 is wacky for me right now. Looks like its working. Thanks! Its a Drobo5D.

2010年4月15日 · I have Drobo Dashboard 3.6.1, and my Drobo 5D is on 4.2.3 firmware. The Drobo is my backup storage array. My primary one should have no problem upgrading (an OWC Thunderbay). Is there anything special I need to do regarding the Drobo or Drobo dashboard to upgrade from Monterey to Sequoia? Any specific process steps, permissions, etc? Cheers.

2020年12月5日 · The Drobo 5N stopped showing up in Dashboard and would only connect if you used finder to connect to server manually. The installer said it was old tech vs new tech. After 20 or so resets I have the 5N connected to a Netgear Orbie (mesh) router at home after doing the pin hole reset and connecting directly to a mac via ethernet port.

2024年5月29日 · I've tried connecting the Drobo to three different networks. The networks show the Drobo's mac address, show it working, and show the IP address. If I try to put the IP address manually into Drobo Dashboard, it simply does a spinning wheel of death, as seen below. I've also disabled firewalls on all the networks in an attempt to connect.

An anecdotal test on a unit suffering from the problem showed better behavior after manual downgrade to firmware 3.2.0, letting Drobo Dashboard update to firmware 3.5.3, then letting Drobo Dashboard update to firmware 4.2.3 Performance is sub-optimal

Done endless google searches for similar issues. Can't get anywhere. Next is to call Drobo when they open tomorrow. Anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks in advance.
