If you're making it all the time, the key is don't use food ingredients with elixir ingredients. I've made hundreds of foods and elixirs. Elixir ingredients are bugs, lizards, frogs, and monster parts. Food is everything else except rocks. As for dinraal/ other dragon parts, just don't cook with those.
