2022年9月29日 · IF you have P0401 code sooty exhaust and a low LPEGR temperature you probably have a blocked cooler. If other codes exist relating to pressure then the MAP sensor and turbo solenoid are suspect. Where is the LPEGR cooler.

2017年12月19日 · Our Ducato 2.3 comfortmatic Campervan (with 24k miles only) is throwing intermittent fault P0401-61 which shows as High Pressure EGR valve blocked. I've had discussions with PC Vehicle Movements (thanks Paul), and on his recommendation have booked the van in with the dealer to check for factory software updates and any recalls.

2014年11月3日 · Following this, The P0401 has only ever been triggered as a stored code/"soft fault". This means it doesn't trigger a dashboard warning, just in the DTC code memory. This means it is not triggering regularly enough to give the dashboard warning. The P0401 code appears to be a relatively generic DTC code (universal across all vehicles).

2024年5月16日 · Since early Feb, our 2019 Dual EGR Ducato has been showing intermittent P401/402 faults. We have had the low pressure EGR replaced by a a local garage and Fiat have updated the ECU software. Neither of these fixed the problem.
