2024年1月9日 · Multi-factor authentication (MFA) increases account security by requiring multiple forms of verification to prove your identity when signing in to an application. Duo MFA is an application that CU Boulder faculty, students and staff will be required to use to securely log in to MyCUInfo or Buff Portal starting on Jan. 9, 2024.

Visit https://duo.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/ and sign in using any web browser. After signed-in, click BYPASS CODE tab > I HAVE A VALID CU LINK CARD ON HAND. > START; Follow the on-screen instructions to input your CU Link Serial Number. Respond to the CAPTCHA and click GET BYPASS CODE.

After enrolling DUO 2FA, whenever you are logging in to those DUO 2FA integrated applications, you are required to provide either (i) Duo Push Response, or (ii) One-time Passcode from your ‘Duo Mobile’ app for 2FA authentication.
