2018年9月24日 · A new, instantly popular model flushed out the E-type range for 1966: the aptly named 2+2 brought a 9-inch-longer floorpan, 2-inch-taller roof, steeper windshield and child-friendly folding rear seat. The 2+2 had exclusive rights to an optional three-speed Borg-Warner Model 8 automatic gearbox in Series I and Series II E-types.
