2023年6月17日 · The doors on my e28 have definitely seen better days. What would be the best way to go about repair this rust (See Pictures)? I have asked this question elsewhere but I have received conflicting information on this topic. Would sanding and touch-up paint be enough? should I use some Bondo? I also have a set of E28 arms that I'm using to source the right spindles. The spindles from the 740i are bigger, have the wrong ABS sensor teeth, and won't fit an E28: E28 style trailing arm bushings on top.

2011年3月16日 · I was going to black out the chrome on my bumpers like I have on my e30 on my e28. When I bought my e30 they were already painted black so I was wondering if anyone had experience on doing this. This is what I had in mind... sand bumpers "metal chrome part" 60-80 grit use etching primer then paint with black bumper paint? I think when tucking the us bumpers , painting them black looks good ...
