e85 Stoich value equations - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2010年3月30日 · I've tuned several cars including my own on e85. When I first started, I couldn't find an agreed upon stoich value for E85. I've seen everything from 9.7 to 9.765 and up spread around the internet. I used a little easy math to calculate it and have used 9.85 ever since.
Stoich e85 - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2017年4月29日 · For race fuels like MS109 or C85 I use the manufactures provided stoich values. C85 = 9.66.
Stoich AFR numbers - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2018年12月17日 · AFR is simply a calculation. the stoich value for a specific fuel multiplied by the lambda value. tuning in lambda will mean you never get confused or misguided. some tuners will fudge the stoich number in a calibration to allow bigger injectors (typically in gen 4 PCM) or to globally alter fuel in a "hack" or fudging way. make stoich lower ...
E90 stoich - High Performance Academy
2019年3月13日 · Is stoich of E90 9.8:1 or 9.0:1? Actually it's neither. The stoich value for E100 is 9.0:1 and for E85 its' 9.8:1. For E90 you'd be at 9.5:1. in all honesty it makes no difference though and I never calculate the stoich value when I'm tuning on ethanol blends. Use the lambda scale and then lambda 1.00 is always stoich regardless of the fuel.

2024年12月17日 · My main question relates to the stoichiometric ratio under fuel main and the target lambda and how this all works with my AEM wideband that is designed for gasoline. Under fuel main I have set my stoichiometric ratio set to 9.70 which should be close enough for E80. The low load area of my lambda target table is 9.70 (1.00 lambda).
General E85, lambda, and target air fuel ratios - DSMtuners.com
2005年7月27日 · This air fuel mix that is chemically balanced is always referred to as stoichiometric, or stoich for short. Now, each fuel has its own stoichiometric air-fuel ratio. Here are some examples of fuels and typical stoich ratios for each: C16: 14.8:1 Pump gas: 14.7:1 Diesel: 14.6:1 Q16: 13.6:1 E85: 9.8:1 Methanol: 6.4:1
E85 users: post your a/f ratio, boost, timing, power level
2004年12月2日 · I use the gas scale because it seems to be the universal scale everyone seems to use on the internet. 1.0 lambda is stoich no matter what fuel you run. So, if I have e70, e85, c16 or whatever in the car it will have the same lambda number from what I understand. The a/f ratio is just a converted number from the lambda number.
CALCULATE STOICH FUEL RATIO - High Performance Academy
2018年11月15日 · If you're using flex fuel in a VE based ECU then stoich is important but then the ECU will be constantly recalculating this based off the current E%. If you're worried about it from a tuning perspective then as always, I'd suggest you simply use lambda and forget about it.
e85 target value & timing - Team Chevelle
2024年9月20日 · If you have a car that is on e85 but is using a gas stoich scale, stoich will still be 14.7. If you had a car on gas but using e85 stoich scale, stoich would be 9.8. Really just depends on what number scale you’re most familiar with.

2019年8月17日 · 12.2/14.7 = .8299 Lambda. Obviously the FA stoich value for Ethanol-free gasoline is .0680, and a PE Enrichment of .0139 to achieve your target of 12.2. Now, for e80, your stoich AFR is 10.14, or FA of .0986, as you said. The lambda value of .8299 multiplied by the stoich AFR gives you your desired PE AFR, so: 10.14*.8299 = 8.42.
