2015年2月12日 · My argument would be, you can find very lightweight 19" wheels, lighter than 18s, and then it would be different. smaller 19 tires would also weight less, and some would argue would improve stability due to a shorter sidewall, and increased steering/turn in response.

2013年6月7日 · Should be lighter than 19s so agility and feedback should be faster. Although grip and feel might not be as good as 19s. Also, for comfort, 18s are a bit more quiet, bit easier on the bumps and pot holes.

If anyone is running these size wheels on their E90, are these the tires you have?

2012年4月30日 · I love the looks of my 19"s but the ride quality took a hit. I think the ideal set up is to have 18"s for DD and winter time. And have a set of 19"s for show and summer. I was able to reduce the ride harshness by going to 285/30 R19 in the rear. I had 275/30 R19 and the tire was just to thin in the rear and I could feel everything on the road.

2021年5月29日 · Pictured below are the OE 19's on my car. Sizes are: Front- 19x8 Offset 37 - Rear- 19x9 Offset 39 - Tires: Front- 225x40x19 - Rear- 255x35x19. The tires are not high performance since it is not an "M". Ride quality is good and handling excellent.

2016年9月28日 · I just purchased a set of 19 inch style 230 oem wheels that came off a 2008 335i coupe. They are staggered sizes. I have a 2006 e90 330i sedan. What would be the best size tire for these wheels? I have been getting mixed reviews about the tire size that will fit. I would like beefy tires but I don't want to affect ride comfort or rub.

2022年2月23日 · Yeah agreed, I think 18s are the sweet spot for the E90 personally, although with BBS LM style with the polished lip I think 19s can look better as the inner spokes look a bit small with 18s. Regardless I think I'll wait and get a set of 18s if I see a good deal, they definitely seem to offer the best balance of looks and performance.
