2024年10月1日 · The electronic fuel pump control module (EKPS | EKP ) controls the fuel pump. The EKPS control unit is different from the fuel pump. EKPS units are generally installed in the trunk (side panel) or under the rear seat while the fuel pump is mounted on top of the fuel tank.

2021年1月16日 · Today I received a new 'used' EKP module. I installed it but when I tried to code it with ncsexpert, I don't see EKP in the list of ECU's to choose from. SES light and 2722 still remains after clearing with the new 'used' EKP module. Anyone know which ecu I need to default code to program the EKP module? 08 e90m3, Harrop sc, bpm tuned.

2025年3月8日 · I have the over heating problem with my Fuel Control Module/EKP. My car would just stall and would not restart until the module cooled down enough. I contacted FCP Euro for a proper replacement part number. I then found a used one at the local parts yard and installed the module. It runs fine but on start up it does not always prime the lpfp.

2023年1月31日 · We had an issue where the fuel gauge was misreading fuel level and what we thought was a defective transfer pump. He is in auto mechanics at school, so he drove it into the shop a few weeks ago to work on it in class and and it has not run since.

2024年4月17日 · My 330i is having high rpm at idle almost all the time after warm up and INPA reads a code related to the ekpm module. I’ve researched and although everyone agrees that programming after replacement is always better, some say you can just replaced it with a used one and go. I just got a replacement one from a exact same car, a 2006 330i.

2023年3月9日 · After having some problems with my fuel pump dying while driving, I decided to go ahead and replace the pump and filter along with the EKP. I replaced the EKP with a brand new one with the same part number (on the part itself). However, when I scan with INPA, the ZB No. on the parts is different.

2021年8月1日 · car randomly stalls out and says that the voltage is too low. Current is too high because of the upgraded fuel pump which is normal. I have been thinking that it is the EKP or maybe my car's battery that causes the voltage to drop. Does the car suddenly jolt when the fuel cuts out? If you try turning it back on, does it turn over but won’t start?

2021年7月19日 · I need help downloading ISTA-P to code a new EKP and gear selector I have installed. Do it with E-Sys. ISTA-P is very old and has not been updated for years. Where do I get E-sys from? and can I run it on a Mac OS? Gear selector is plug and play, no coding required. What is an EKP? Ah OK, understand. Most ecus can easy be coded with E-Sys.

2022年8月9日 · I'm troubleshooting an issue where going full WOT I experience hesitation and stutter and I've been asked to check my EKP module to make sure it isn't burnt up or faulty. I know in the E9X series the module was located in the rear right backrest shoulder area but I'm having a hard time locating it in my F3X.
