2020年5月31日 · Rear upper seat needs to be reskinned with M3 Novillo leather on the frame of the e91. The latch mechanism is in a different spot. Leather needs cut here. The side bolster are shorter in the e91. Both of these cuts have coverings on them. I had an upholstery shop do everything for 200. Door cards - PnP.

2021年10月14日 · Remotely related but I saw this 535xi guy swapped in M5 and 535i RWD REAR sub frames, along with lots more stuff. Lots of aluminum subframes, front and back for 5 series. Still a pork with 3,900 lbs even with all the aluminum bits and RWD conversion.

2015年4月22日 · Install the rear dampers, M3 dampers are much easier to fit. Ensure that you have the correct bushes and rubber shields for the top of the struts. Check the old dampers or real OEM to confirm.

2023年7月3日 · The fronts and seat bottom just slips right in. Door panels swap over but make sure you find a donor with premium audio because the standard ones will need to be cut for the rear door speakers. Where are you located?

2023年7月4日 · From what I've read, no kit can change the brake torque much and work well with ABS and the master cylinder. The stock brakes, while not pretty, are powerful enough to lock up the wheels. A high quality BBK will give you improved pedal feel and better resistance to brake fade due to heat.

2017年12月19日 · Perfect for anyone looking to do an M3 E91 conversion. Rear bumper has damage but is perfect for the conversion. The rear E91 conversion bumper is consisted of cutting the top half of the original E91 rear bumper with the rails + bottom half of the E90 M3 bumper which are then plastic welded together.

When upgrading your non-M for track use it's often desired to use the M3-style of rear shock and a spherical bearing for the lower mount. This requires the use of M3 lower arms (BMW calls it a "rollover strut" or "camber link"). This kit includes the arms as well as all of the hardware needed to convert to the M3 camber link arms.
