2020年1月25日 · Like others have had leak into trunk on drivers side (kills your amplifier if it is submerged) or passenger (floods battery area). I finally visited my local dealer and talked to the shop foreman. He was super helpful and printed out a "measure" (read as service bulliten) for this issued by BMW.

2023年6月26日 · I'm pretty sure mine is a faulty switch on the handle since I unplugged the connector to the handle switch and it stopped the triggering/opening trunk. I can still open the hatch with a button in the driver's footwell, so I think I found my problem.

2024年12月29日 · Think of the E91 Rear Window as having an electrically-opened latch. When you press the button on the outside, you are sending a ground signal to the JBE Module. That is the "Input" that causes the JBE to send a signal to the Lock/Latch to "UN-latch" the window. When you press the "Lock" button, you really defeat/prevent the "UN-Latch" function.

2015年11月1日 · Looks like a nicely put together kit but damn its expensive. Works for E90 and E92. Sent a message to see compatibility on E91 just in case. The fiver I have has two springs on the bottom of the lid that spring it open. They unfortunately do not fit the e90 but you could probably modify them to work.

2015年11月9日 · More than likely, it is the wiring harness at the top of the boot lid. The opening and closing to of the boot door/glass cause the wiring harness insulation to crack over time. This is repairable if you have any soldering skills (or know a mate who has skills). Thanks.

2016年3月26日 · Most have a manual way to open the truck. There may be a button hidden somewhere or some of your models have a key hole behind the license plate. 2015年9月17日 · There are two plastic rivets holding each trunk stop in. You have to carefully push them in until they pop out of the trunk stop. Then, just pull the trunk stop off and fish for the plastic rivets inside the trunk. Reverse steps to install on new trunk lid.
