2016年4月18日 · The E91 spec weights (for USA market) range from 3527lbs (RWD 6MT) to 3814lbs (xDrive Automatic). If we had the option here in the US to *not* have this monstrous, rattly, moonroof contraption, that would likely save ~60lbs of weight too. So it's easy to see an E91 config in European markets under 3500lbs I suppose.

2016年9月25日 · A few months later, I ran into a cheap automatic 2006 e91 325xi wagon that I paid $5k for. It had 69k miles on it and figured it'd be a decent backup car for the family. It had some minor issues that have all been resolved. Sadly, I've missed the FBO N54 and the 6MT.. The N52 is nice but it's no FBO N54.

I wanted to build an E91 that would clone/be a tribute to the 335is. I have built this car to that exact spec, and it is about as close as possible.
