2004年7月27日 · To my surprise, I find that 8800pro's DLPII processing preserves most of the analog touch of a 2-channel stereo sound. I too am exceptionally happy with my EAD 8800-Pro. I have had many high-end CDPs and DAC's over the years as a comparison. I also use a Monarchy DIP Upsampler between my CD transport and EAD.

2003年8月18日 · EAD TM 8000 has decent sound if you prefer bright and harsh sound. It lacks tremble and bass management...and it is too complicated for non-technical user... I have had my 8000 for 2 years. I love it and find it one of the BEST at 2 channel stereo and above avg. at HT. It took me about 2 months to figure it out 100%.

2021年1月3日 · For sale is a beautiful EAD Theatermaster 8800 8-channel pre/pro in excellent condition. These were top-of-the-line, very pricey pre-HDMI processors. Known for their beautiful faceplates, overall build and sound quality. The unit does process DD EX, Pro Logic II, DTS ES, DTS Neo:6 so it can certainly run an analog HT and sound terrific.

EAD Theatermaster 8800 with Original box and Marantz RC5400 remote. Original balanced to RCA plugs. I do not have a calibration mic. This pre-amp is fantasic as a 2 channel or hi res surround.
