For ECE faculty and staff, please visit the Astra room reservations system (https://uil.aaiscloud.com/UIUC/default.aspx?home). For all student and RSO requests, please visit the One Illinois website to complete your space request. Once completed and approved, it will be routed to the ECEB facilities team.

Conference rooms are only available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for non-ECE employees. ECE employees including RAs, TAs, staff, and faculty can book rooms until 7pm. The ECE Owl Camera can be booked separately at z.umn.edu/eceowl. These camera/mic combo devices are great for hybrid meetings and very easy to use.

Conference rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Please check to see if the conference room is available before attempting to schedule your meeting by clicking on the Room Name below.

ECE Conference Room Scheduling. Click the Room to view the schedule for that room. All rooms have ITS wireless access, white boards, wireless presentation and 4K display with ZOOM camera unless otherwise noted. You must provide your own video adapter to one of the input types listed below. Room usage instructions can be found here.

Under normal circumstances, an email to the Chair’s Assistant ([email protected]) after checking availability of the room’s calendar, can be sent requesting a reservation. For special circumstances, you may, however, request a room reservation by emailing the “special circumstance” to the Chair’s Assistant for approval.
