If its under warranty and has been a habitual issue replace the board, and wire harnesses as well. No customer should be forced to run the fan 24-7 to save the motor.

The fan is ecm vs so I am planning to have an ac/dc converter to a 0-12vdc speed controller/driver wired into the ecm motor to essentially operate it as a single speed motor for the hot water heating.
