Student housing at East Carolina University is based in three neighborhoods: College Hill, West End, and Central. Like any community, all three neighborhoods offer some common elements – such as access to key services and programs – while each neighborhood has its unique features.

ECU’s largest residential neighborhood with six residence halls, the College Hill neighborhood connects main campus with the athletic complex. It offers the widest variety of housing options, ranging from traditional beds to suite style rooms.

Located in the College Hill neighborhood, Scott Hall is ECU’s largest hall in terms of number of students with approximately 610 residents. Most rooms feature four double rooms with two semi-private bathrooms in a quad that can be accessed through the student rooms. Eight corner quads feature three double rooms, sharing a bathroom on the hall.
