2020年11月11日 · Here my 2 cents about 2 upgrades I did on Roost 1/18 motor. The reason for the upgrade was the original 25T getting hotter and hotter which finally burn. My son run the Roost in the garden on a offroad circuit, almost no run on road, we don't look for extra speed. Project was to find replacement solution, I find 2 : First solution: brushed

2025年2月5日 · The listings I've seen for the ECX Roost 1/18 leave out a few things that are helpful to know for tinkering and upgrades. These are mostly my own measurements and notes. Motor is 25 turns, with a 2.5mm shaft (no flat spot, just ridges for a friction fit pinion). Two extra pinions in the box: 16T and 18T. One extra spur in the box: 58T.
