2018年11月1日 · I think the VP9 is a small enough (mid-sized in my opinion) handgun, that you should be able to effectively conceal it, given the parameters you've laid out. I would argue the longer sight radius is the primary benefit of the VP9 over the SK, particularly as you get out to ranges greater than 10-15 yards.

2023年1月20日 · With a good holster and belt, you can AIWB the VP9 with great ease and concealability. The big change you're going to notice is the weight ~ somewhere around 8oz more if loaded to 17+1. It is my edc, appendix. Longer slides work better than shorter ones for aiwb. I have the optic ready vp9 with xs big dot sights on it. I love this gun.

2022年9月10日 · I have both the VP9/VP9sk and carry them in an AIWB holster. Whichever one you choose for your EDC is totally up to you and based on your specific needs. Of course, I'm going to say that you can't go wrong with either but that's just my unashamedly biased opinion about the HKs in general.

2014年10月24日 · The HK VP9 has 5.4-pound trigger pull which was designed with a single-action style break that HK has engineered to reduce pre-travel. Similar to many striker-fired pistols, a trigger safety latch must be engaged before pulling the trigger.

Before the vp9 my edc was an hk p30sk which I carried and loved for the last 3 years. Outside of the optic mount, which do you prefer between the two? There are pros to both. I really liked the decocker on the p30sk. That was actually the deciding factor in my first edc.

2023年4月20日 · I love my HK VP9SK for EDC. Multiple grip pads are available for a custom fit, but I like the feel of the basic default factory-setting. Only enhancements that I have made are 12-rd mags and added a Streamlight TLR-8 red laser/white light combo.
